Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using Our Service.

1. Introduction

Welcome to UTAD Bank ("Bank", "we", "our", "us"). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our online banking services. By creating an account and using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.

2. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password.

3. The UTAD Currency

All transactions, balances, and services provided by UTAD Bank are denominated in the UTAD digital currency. UTAD is an online, mineable, and exchangeable currency for the United Tree Accords. The value of UTAD is subject to market fluctuations, and the Bank is not liable for any loss in value.

4. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or any purpose prohibited under this clause. You agree not to use the Service in any way that could damage the Service, the Bank, or the general business of the United Tree Accords. This includes, but is not limited to, engaging in fraudulent activities, money laundering, or financing of terrorism.

5. Account Freezing and Suspension

We reserve the right to freeze or suspend any account, without prior notice, if we suspect any fraudulent, illegal, or illicit activity. This includes transactions that are flagged by our anti-fraud systems. The account will remain frozen pending an investigation by our administrative team. You agree to cooperate fully with any such investigation. Failure to cooperate may result in the permanent termination of your account.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms and Conditions. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall UTAD Bank, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Tree Accords, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
